Leadership & Service is a cornerstone component of our mission, essential for student self-actualization and confidence. We aim to take an action biased approach to leadership with its ethical implications,, and focus on developing core skills such as communication, networking, adaptability, team building, and a growth mindset. Through hands-on experiences, real-life projects and case studies in our island communities, students are moved out of their comfort zone and challenged to lead. Equipped with the framework and tools to build their confidence and skills , and in collaboration with our local youth and professionals, they are empowered to embark independently onto their own projects. They transform their ideas into tangible outcomes and become catalysts of positive change in our islands. Students are activated in two domains of leadership: entrepreneurship & service. They will carry and grow their leadership foundation, learning and experience throughout their high school years and beyond.
